Online Yoga Studio - I have designed this online yoga studio to enable you to access a wide range of pre-recorded yoga classes on demand. These classes will help you to increase strength and flexibility, but also help to clear your mind and reduce stress and anxiety which is especially important during the uncertain times we are currently facing.


Prenatal at Home - designed to support all mothers-to-be on their individual pregnancy journey. The wide selection of classes will help with the ever changing physical and emotional needs and you will find everything to help you on your pregnancy journey.


Deep Core Rehab - This 4 level program is designed to help you reconnect and rebuild your deep core and pelvic floor muscles so you can start improving your active lifestyle today which is particularly important postpartum.



My aim is to create accessible, easy to follow content that you can do in the comfort of your own home.


Whether your goal is to challenge yourself, improve flexibility, repair your core or clear your mind there is a course there for you. 


Hi, I’m Fiona Wilson


I'm an Orkney-based Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor and Pre and Postnatal Coach on a mission to help others feel great with yoga and exercise - especially soon to be mothers and mummies to be. I am a mum of three fairly large boys that all weighed 10+lb at birth.

I started practising yoga in early 2013, and if I'm honest with you, it was because my other half kept harassing me to go to a class. Little did I know in a few short years I would have the privilege of becoming a teacher, passionately committed to sharing yoga with others who, like me, were sick of feeling discomfort and a little less than vibrant.

Yoga is now ingrained in my daily life in a fundamental way. It helps me meet any challenges I may face by teaching me to be present, focused and receptive.

Then during my first pregnancy, my obsession of the human body amazed me even more. However, I was unaware of the adjustments that I should have made to my exercise regime. I continued to do things like regular planks, over stretched and found I was left injured and with an increased abdominal separation that took time to repair.

This inspired me to become a Pre and Postnatal Coach and create this platform available for all mothers to be and postpartum mummies.

A little more about my background: I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, a Masters in Nutrition, trained as a Massage Therapist in the USA, as a Hatha yoga teacher in Thailand and I am trained as a Pre and Postnatal coach. I love the human body and it constantly amazes me what the body is capable of. I became even more in awe of the human body after watching my body change, adapt and recover after each of my pregnancies.
