I have designed this online yoga studio to enable you to access a wide range of pre-recorded yoga classes on demand.
These classes will help you to increase strength and flexibility, but also help to clear your mind and reduce stress and anxiety which is especially important during the uncertain times we are currently facing.
My aim is to create accessible, easy to follow yoga classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

Hi, I’m Fiona McGlynn
I'm an Orkney-based Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor on a mission to help others feel great with yoga. I started practising yoga in early 2013, and if I'm honest with you, it was because my other half kept harassing me to go to a class. Little did I know in a few short years I would have the privilege of becoming a teacher, passionately committed to sharing yoga with others who, like me, were sick of feeling discomfort and a little less than vibrant.
Before I started practising, I always seemed to have lower back problems and quite often ended up in A&E. Once I started practising regularly, bit by bit I became stronger, and all my back issues have gone.
Yoga is now ingrained in my daily life in a fundamental way. It helps me meet any challenges I may face by teaching me to be present, focused and receptive.
A little more about my background: I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, a Masters in Nutrition, trained as a Massage Therapist in the USA and as a Hatha yoga teacher in Thailand. I love the human body, and it constantly amazes me what the body is capable of.
